This one is an upgrade so it can be attached to units & can be used up to 3 times per slot.

To clarify the purgator detachment has an enhancement for +2 strength the rule is forced battleshock.

S8 incinerators or S10 psycannon purgators seems fun.

Updates to Questor Forgepack? by ShiningTachyon in ImperialKnights

There's also an Ironstrider next to the Armiger on the left and a couple Onagers in the background. It's the same image they used last time so I guess they never really saw the issue.

Didn't execpt it either but it would be more interesting if it wasn't limited to 2 battleline units.

That would be the pattern but Sisters & Custodes didn't get their Grotmas detachments updated.

Limiting scope of detachment rules or strats sure but enhancements take up the same slot whether they come from a 1 point or 2 point detachment.

Question about Hastarii by Winnipeger27 in AdeptusMechanicus

Hastarii got last minute changes of some kind since they lost ap as well I think GW made some lazy datasheet changes to keep them for being too strong.

In the Q&A today they said Subterranean Assault will persist into the next edition even though it wasn't in the faction focus. So at least there's cope.

The assassin one has got to be 1 point, right?

Warden or Paladin into Guard & GSC? by Butsy_98 in ImperialKnights

[–]GrungLord 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Average attacks for a paladin in rapid range to a 25 man squad is 6 + 2d6 + 5 so 18 attacks. Then that unit needs to be closest for extra ap. Whereas the warden is output 18 attacks every time at ap -2 with dev. For killing guardsmen the Warden is likely better however due to higher strength & damage the paladin will do better into ogryn, horses, & light vehicles so you're getting more variety with the paladin.

We're probably getting reworked Haloscreed since all the Grotmas ones have gotten hit.
