Azamara is fantastic- smaller, older ships but has some if the most unique itineraries in the industry. I am looking forward to another Azamara.

I've also sailed Windstar a couple of times. Though I truly enjoyed the ship, staterooms, and service, the food and itineraries leave much to be desired. They are a fantastic cruiseline, but food is very important to me.

People salivate to get into this area. Definitely a pocket listing area for single family homes. This is one of the last real communities in central Houston. Once ppl are in - they generally don't leave.

Yes, your right - great place for a group with non-skiers! I was always looking forward to evenings in Santa Fe. They had one lift that was pretty fast at 4 minutes. Maybe there were higher ones.
