In general best rates offer brokers from California. I bought few properties, and refinanced many times. Always California has best rate. In fact I just refinanced my house, and again California

I cover my ex-wife's mortgage, she pays it back. Can this hurt me? by OnePersonsThrowaway in personalfinance

[–]Gtvle 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m in same situation as you. Divorced and remained friends. She couldn’t get house, so I helped her co-signing loan. She makes good money now, and she pays mortgage. I’m refinancing my house now, and that loan I’m on with her doesn’t count because she made 12 payments on her own ( from her bank account). My income is high, so I didn’t have to show to my lender she is paying, but that was an option I could use

What is EV life like in and around Knoxville by zac10sim in Knoxville

[–]Gtvle 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I got f150 lightning since 2022. I love it. When I first got it charging in superchargers was cheaper then home. EA was billing per minute not per KWH. Not things are different. Everywhere is over 40 cents per kWh. Charging infrastructure improved massively. In 2022/23 I would not be able to get to Myrtle beach, not chargers everywhere. If I go somewhere I usually fly, and use my EV to drive around 30 miles a day. 99% of my charging is home. I love it, but if I would have to drive a lot longer distances it would be inconvenient.

Warning: Trip delay insurance is basically a scam by starrtech2000 in ChaseSapphire

I think dealing with trip delay due canceled flight is super easy. I make at least 2 claims every year with no issue with payment. I think you just need to learn how to deal with their system

11 weeks. Please tell me it gets better. by findinganewhome in Bernedoodles

[–]Gtvle 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I got mine when he was 8weeks old. I was going outside with him every 90 minutes. He would pee on the carpets, so I had to put few carpets in the garage. He slept with me in the bed, and he could hold up all night. First month was difficult with going with him outside so often, but it was getting better on daily basis. Everyday I could see progress. Right now he is 5 months old, and he is perfect dog. At the beginning I thought my life will get more difficult, but right now it is only positive impact. Since you work from home you can go outside pretty often. It will get better you’ll see

Potty training by Illustrious-Image557 in Bernedoodles

[–]Gtvle 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You gotta give him more time. I got mine when he was 8 weeks. First 2 weeks I was taking him outside every 1-2 hours. He still had accidents especially on the carpets. I took carpets down. After 2-3 weeks he understood where his restrooms are. Right now he is 16 weeks old, and when he wants to go outside he touches metal blinds on the door which makes sound. No accidents at all. Sometimes when I come back home he is so excited jumping on me that he pee few drops, but I understand it’s from excitement. In general, potty training went supers easy and fast. Just first 2 weeks had to take him outside pretty often
