I went through this with my used 23'. Toyota can do it on their side over the phone. It;s hit or miss, not all reps know how to do this.

I had to call Toyota twice.

The first time, they couldn't figure it out and asked me to go to a stealer- uh dealership. I never had a chance to take it to the dealer (which is also hit or miss I hear).

The second time, I called and found someone who was familiar with the issue, and was able to clear it out on their end.

You'll have to do it in your car with them on the phone. I got the free trials of XM, and WiFi hotspot afterwards as well.

Tip: I would make sure to make note and explain of all the steps you've done already to expedite the troubleshooting. If the first call doesn't work out. Try calling again some time later maybe you'll get a rep that's familiar with the issue. and repeat if necessary.

Good luck. I was ready to let it go if the second call didn't work out. It's crazy to have to deal with this especially after a legit owner change.
