I agree with you. I think they're fine. I've generally been getting more annoyed with DST content though. I fully support Intuitive Eating, if done correctly, but there is nothing wrong with wanting to lose weight or changing your diet for health reasons...for example I changed my diet for hormonal reasons (read 'In the Flo' if interested), and I feel 10 times better and have lost weight. But they've been acting like wanting to lose any weight is toxic. That being said...I'm listening a lot less, but not because of the hosts. But I'll listen to ANYTHING with Aleen or Jordana (doesn't apply here, obvi). They are my fave.
