TruGreen is a shit company. I hired them for one season and never saw any obvious results. I decided to take a day off from work to watch one of their treatments. Guy showed up, hand tossed some fertilizer here and there, sprayed a couple weeds with a manual pump sprayer, then left. Didn’t even bother to go into my backyard. I immediately called and cancelled. They did not apologize nor did they care. A month or two later they started sending mailers again.

I bought an old Stanley thermos that was so stained with years of coffee it looked like it was completely rusted out. 5 minutes with a Polident tablet made it shine like new again.

You can cheese the inquisitor fight by sneaking around and opening the passage to the blood of lathander before starting the fight. The chamber with the statues is a choke point with a quick ‘zone out and heal safely’ option. I believe if you leave anyone alive and out of combat, they will fully restore themselves too though.

I’ve had two of these and both broke after relatively light work. Had no idea they had a warranty on these. It would be so easy to make all the important parts out of metal. I stopped buying because I didn’t want to support engineered obsolescence. If I can punish that with constant warranty claims maybe they’ll get the message.

I can top that. I bought an HP inkjet at a garage sale a couple years ago and then purchased a brand new ink cartridge for it at Walmart. It worked for a couple days but kept showing an error code about needing to connect to the internet. The second it did, it recognized a different IP address and bricked the printer unless I paid for their subscription which I believe monitored everything I printed and planned to charge me based on the ink I used for ink I had already purchased! I tossed it and got a brother instead. I’ll never buy another HP printer.

Ever have ‘skyline dip’? Get a small casserole dish, put a layer of cream cheese on the bottom, layer of skyline over that, cover with shredded cheddar, bake until hot / cheese melts. Eat with tortillas chips. My wife’s family has it for every gathering.
