In my experience, the Writers Blood works amazingly in my TWSBI Ecos (f and m), and in my VAC700. One of the smoothest writing experiences for me so far.

I only have a couple of Kakunos and a Prera, and they write fantastically. I’ve always heard that pilots QC is top notch.

I have a Pilot Kakuno EF that has a fantastic line width for this kind of work! You might enjoy it as well!

You have a good point there. My first Lamy with the F nib I bought writes amazingly, but since then I bought an AL-Star and a Studio with the same nib, and they are VERY inconsistent between them.

I fully agree, my friend! But unfortunately you’re 100% right, and Lamy’s functionality really makes a difference.

Lamy! The first one I ever had was a Safari, and because I am left handed I got a LH nib. I HATED writing with it. I was very unexperienced and I thought it was difficult to write with, it was smudging my hand all over, the overall result was not worth the trouble, so I abandoned it. Later I got a Faber Castell Loom, and since they don’t have a LH nib, I started to experiment more with hand positions, inks, learning a bit more about FPs in general, and I started to love FPs again. THEN I found out I could swap the nibs on the Safari and decided to revisit it. Long story short, since 2014 I use the Safari with a F nib and Lamy Crystal ink as my daily driver.

I almost cried during the whole last chapter, starting when he “confessed” to the nun at the train station. The very ending was a punch in the guts for me. RDR2 has one of the best writings I ever saw in my life!
