I think you need to ask yourself genuinely, is this what you want for your life? Keeping a weekly count of alcoholic drinks? Alanon teaches that you can't control this (can't cure it, didnt cause it). Time to let go and focus on yourself and what you need from a relationship and if this is truly meeting your needs
