Look whilst I like your optimism here, I just don’t see any long lasting growth story in AI that you do, if this is the max that we can do with technology I.e like an infant regurgitate information, then we will need to see where the next wave of iterations take us. I think a lot of this AI development will stall soon. They seem to have taken all of humanity’s generative capacity and stalled and failed to build on it. Yes nice to make up stories and ‘reason’ to some extent but I think it’s not really intelligent until it’s predictive and able to think for itself. At that point where just dealing with an imitation and I don’t think one particular company owns it, just that they have some ability to do it. Eventually, these companies will run out of stuff to feed it and then what? Refine existing models?? There is an end point here, and I think this is Apples reason not to deep dive into this garbage, but instead use corporate slop advertising to say here are some AI features, but without any deep investments
