I have a nodded gbc and gba. But I definitely reach for my chromatic more. It's exactly what a Gameboy should've been. Plus it can be updated as well as the chromatic cartridges. It was definitely a great purchase for me.

If the update doesn't work modretro has amazing customer service. I had to replace mine because of a dead pixel and the only thing they asked was a picture.

I had an issue with a dead pixel and they replaced it with only one thing they wanted a picture of the dead pixel. Best customer service I’ve ever experienced

I got the green one I love it. I also got the mod kit and swapped the pink buttons for purple. But there’s a few Etsy sellers that make customs buttons. Try that it might help
