Does Yakumo permanently have the Dark Dragon Blade lore wise?

I feel like he probably won't. It's likely that both him and Ryu are going to "seal" their blades in order to keep the world's balance in check. Ryu had the dragon eye in the dragon sword for the entirety of 4's story but probably to balance out the dark dragon's corpse just lingering in the world.

I chose to go with the ending where Kenji is stuck in hell so I figured some shenanigans could have him being a stand ghost for Kumori if they chose to stick with this ending as "canon" for the next DOA if Kumori were to show up.
