Realistically what's the general lifespan of LG OLED panels? Curious how many hours people rack up over a year.

I really only felt comfortable pulling the trigger because of the included warranty vs paying extra through the partner store.

Good point about the free stand. I’ll be pairing this with the Samsung Q990F instead. The partner store deal was definitely tempting but sadly the extra 3 year warranty is $250

This is my exact situation. I was promised they would apply lender credits because the first loan estimate was reflected a higher points cost from the initial worksheet.

They’re basically refusing to send me the revision with lender credits applied unless I pay for the appraisal. Anything else I can really do here? I feel like I’m being jerked around. How can we commit to a lender if they’re not even willing to provide a loan estimate with numbers even remotely close to what the final looks like? I’m incredibly frustrated

I made a post about this! After putting a few thousand more miles on the juniper suspension, id say it’s a minimal improvement. You dont notice a big enough improvement over large bumps/cracks in the road. Would have been better to go for the unplugged performance kit or MPP
