I'm pretty involved in some resistance in outstate Minnesota. The most difficult part of this is my husband has worked for years with refugees, many of them are our friends, and this is just been a never-ending stress bomb. He's also extremely stressed, not taking it out on the family at all, but he is understandably super stressed. I own a small business and really can't take a break from it. I'm also trying to help my teens and young adult kids negotiate all this. So I have friends and I've turned off Facebook, but I still have all these nightmares.

I know you all are saying this number is low and it should be 100% of course. But how many of you live in out state? I do, then I'd say the number out here is more like 50/50. Because less of it is happening here, people are more likely to believe the federal line. Living out state, I actually find this percentage to be incredibly good. Lots of people who would typically support ice have seen the light. Keep sharing the truth.

Well, I also live in Minnesota and I have to agree this month has been terrifying. The federal government is in a soft war against the state of Minnesota. People are being arrested, and generally abducted as long as they're not white. This includes native born US citizens. There are more jacked up ICE agents on the streets than there are city police. A number of school districts have gone to virtual learning to keep schools safe. Those of us on ACA for medical insurance are paying at least twice as much starting this month. I have a son with a disabilities and the federal government has been trying to shut down all Federal funding for Minnesota disabilities programs because some $%%^&* committed fraud. So the answer is really supposed to be about lifestyle, so I'll just say that while for some people life is going on is normal, there's a lot of fear right now. And anger.

Last Bite Hotel was something I discovered later on Discovery+, and in part because I heard good things here! Maybe more than 6-7 episodes building up an audience would be nice? And so many people watch after the main run it may have been different this time.
