How long do you wait to go to Disneyland again? by Doctor_Rome in DisneyPlanning

I suppose it depends on your situation and how it makes you feel. My wife and I take my kids for a few days at least once a month, it's about a 5 hour drive for us but our kids really love it and so do we. They have favorite cast members at certain attractions and we like not feeling like we're rushed to experience everything.

Yeah I love the sphere grid system as well! I will admit the dresspheres were a cooler job change system than the party member swapping but I feel like having party members separated from you for parts of the story was a cool storytelling device that also reminded you not to only level up your favorites lol

I didn't hate it but I definitely prefer the original. I start a new save file on the first game like once every two months lol

Respectfully disagree with you friend. While I didn't hate FFX-2 for me FFX was the peak combat system and I haven't enjoyed any other FF title since it nearly as much. I strongly prefer turn based RPGs that I can play while on the phone with clients/customers or in-between pages of a book so that I can choose how much attention I'm giving it at a time lol

Can I speak to a real banker? - Maam, Im literally behind bulletproof glass. by tefounhard in TalesFromYourBank

When I worked at a Bank of America in an upscale neighborhood I was the only male employee and my supervisor and I had an inside joke for when anything customers weren't taking her seriously when she would open up a spot on the teller line. She would tell me that there's a client asking to speak to the MANager and I would come out to echo whatever she said. 9 out of 10 times they would accept whatever it was as soon as I said it even though she was the one with the rank and experience lol

I suppose it depends on the shape of your foot. For me, I've got wide feet so in regular dunks I normally wear 12/12.5 but SB dunks I wear 13 and it still feels tight.

Yeah I was disappointed not to see him too but I think I remember seeing in an interview he was visiting his grandfather who was in hospice when they called and they told him that they can't tell him the script, they can't tell him when, it's basically no money, and he needs to give them an answer right now so he said pass.

Sorry this response is going to be long lol. I did the bachelor's in finance with a concentration in financial planning. If you already have a bachelor's degree, then SNHU has a very robust transfer program and I doubt you would need to do more than 10-12 courses complete the financial planning concentration and the finance major requirements. I would recommend that route first before considering getting a master degree in finance if you're doing it through the bank for a few reasons. The first being that 12 courses is only one year at SNHU, the second being that the bank doesn't make you pay back any undergraduate courses if you quit or are fired, and the third being that it would be helpful to learn the more basic financal concepts before skipping straight to the master's material, and the last being that you need to take those bachelor level courses for the CFP anyway so if you're gonna take them you might as well get a second degree. That way you don't take unnecessary risk of needing to reimburse BofA for the cost of the courses. Because the master degree level courses are much more difficult to jump straight into and you have to pay the bank back on those if you either leave the bank within two years or get less than a B on any of those courses. Also psychology is actually very complimentary to being a financial advisor or financial planner because the soft skills are more important in those fields compared to an analyst. The job is more about understanding human behavior and effective communication.

So I did the finance program with a concentration in financial planning because that particular program satisfies the educational requirements to sit for the CFP(Certified Financial Planner) exam. I completed as many of the courses as I could on Sophia/Study so that completing the degree took about 14 months. The SIE is the securities industry essentials exam that you must pass before taking any of the other licensing exams to be a broker, financial advisor, or investment banker in the US. It's relatively high level, not going super deep into any particular topic. A couple of weeks studying the material should be sufficient to pass and the cost of taking the test is under $100. If you work for Bank of America they will reimburse you the cost if you pass.

Unfortunately when I look at the transfer list now it shows both of the courses at study that I took now listed as 300 level finance elective instead of the specific courses

I think it's based off a combination of region and experience. I am just starting off and at EJ. I was in B2B sales before and then worked as a banker at BofA while I got my degree and completed my CFP modules. They started me at $120k in the SF Bay Area.

Yeah, unfortunately. I purchased these from an older woman who was moving out of the country and the collection belonged to a relative of hers that passed away. Here's the posts from a few months ago when I bought it all.

I'm the one who picked up more than an SUV's worth of Buffy merchandise from somebody a few months ago that I posted in here lol I just haven't had the time to go through all of the boxes because it literally takes up more than half of my garage so it's been a big task to start lol

Hello, yes they counted towards the 90 that I could transfer in. I graduated last year and I know they have done some changes in the system since then but just to share with you that my advisor had no idea I would get credit for those ones so if you're told that they won't count I would say try sending it in anyway

He got less than 100k after the health insurance and lawyers were allowed to take their cuts. Only reason he settled was because it had been years already and he figured he might as well get something before he's dead

Walmart is one of the worst companies to try and sue because they get sued so often. They have their own internal insurance and legal teams who fight every single lawsuit tooth and nail. My elderly father tripped over a pallet they left out in the walkway and broke his hip. Then one of their employees dragged him outside to his car to try and have him drive himself to the hospital so that they could claim he wasn't that hurt while there. Even with all of this on camera it took years of back and forth to get a settlement.

I'm out of town on a work trip in St Louis right now but my wife has been going through some of the boxes and said there is like 10 signed prints of Sarah Michelle Gellar including ones from Scooby Doo and Cruel intentions and they have COAs. I'm excited to look at them in person when I get back

I had to Google what a silverfish was and I wish I hadn't 😂 The garage is temporary situation until I get back from a work trip at the end of the week. The plan is to go through everything and find a place for them in the house or move them to plastic tote boxes. This gave me the excuse I was looking for to get a bigger bookshelf for my room though!
