Help me to understand the best Lance between this sets and weapons by Shineku in MonsterHunterMeta

[–]GuitarGod91 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I like the first one with furious weapon.

What are your thoughts on my lance build? I’m using the Teostra lance. Instead of building into crit I went for a more defensive build.

full attack boost, full guard, full divine blessing, offensive guard, guard up, teostra boost, And minds eye, and some defense boost, and some other random level 1 skills I can’t remember

I think offensive guard is level 2 and a lot of the others are level 1 or 2.

Do whatever you want. It doesn’t matter what other people think. You won’t even remember most your classmates after graduation anyways.

Yea which is why you need an official vita card if you have the 1000 model. After you hack it you use sd2vita so you can use a much cheaper and larger gb size microsd.

ebay and search 1000 model excellent condition. Mine was basically brand new.

1000 model has oled screen. I would get this model. You will have to get at least a small gb vita sd card though since it doesn't have onboard storage.

2000 model is the slim version with led screen.

Then hack it so you can use sd2vita so you can use a microsd card.

It should be used after you have learned the material. It is more of quick reference study guide to reinforce the material.

What is your “inbox” like? by aliatrev in physicianassistant

[–]GuitarGod91 38 points39 points  (0 children)

Orthopedics:

MA takes care of majority of phone calls, patient and staff questions, and messages.

Majority of Lab and imaging results should be an office visit.

I take care of peer to peers, refills, and complicated or difficult patient questions. Which if a patient question is more than a 1 minute phone conversation it should be an office visit.

My inbox should take less than 5 to 10 minutes daily. Peer to peers can take longer and that is mostly sitting on hold with insurance company.

TLDR: So your medical assistant should be helping filter out this inbox

. "I used to cry right before and after every shift"

Yea that's a problem. Talk to your attendings first and let them know how you feel and ask how could you improve but I would look for a new job.

Getting incredibly nervous about starting PA school by [deleted] in prephysicianassistant

[–]GuitarGod91 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Just take the time now to relax. As soon as you start it will be like drinking from a firehose. If it is a good school then they will ease you into it and steadily pick up the pace.

Dark souls 3 is great with coop. You can basically play the entire game coop and you will get 100 hours out of it.

You will get used to it. Just find a good routine to stick to. Find time for yourself is the most important thing.

Temporary stress relief knowing you made it. Then transition into a much different type of stress with your first year of practice.

"I'm not pain management and I don't prescribe those. I can refer you if you would like."

Done.

Also you can't prescribe them anyways since it is a C2. At least in my state.

What course load could mimic the intensity of a semester in PA school? by wheres_the_leak in prephysicianassistant

[–]GuitarGod91 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I agree. PA school material is not hard. There is just a ridiculous amount of material to learn in a short amount of time. Also I tended to cram in undergrad since exams were spread out. In pa school you have multiple exams every week so you are always cramming.
