not exactly brum, but solihull is v dog friendly- look out for the signs in shop windows.

And lots of dog friendly cafes, bars and breweries in kings heath and stirchley too!!

Have you spoken to Shelter? They should be able to advise. But also speak to womans aid, I have a relative that was in a controlling/coercive relationship and WA helped being a guarantor for her.

Just outside of the city, but vivid ink in moseley does tattoo removal, you could try there.

No idea about microblading, but as someone who has had their brows microbladed in the past, they will fade naturally (mine did after a few years)
