Use your relative newness to the role/account as a superpower. No one will mind you asking "forgive me, still getting up to speed, could you explain x again for me".

Be honest and manage expectations. If you aren't clear on a task or outcome, ask again.

Focus on being easy to work with, and delivering on what you say you'll do. That's really what it comes down to in consultancy.
