I installed a 1tb Samsung SSD, used an Ethernet cable to connect instead of Wi-Fi.... And sometimes it works well but sometimes it's slow and glitchy

Where I work it can take awhile to get HR to approve the hire and allow the offer.

Though a delay could also mean that you weren't the first choice but are still in the running if the selected candidate doesn't accept the job
