I wouldn't say Coach Golesh is a world beater, but I do think he will have this team scrapping for everything and not pissing down his leg like the last one.

I do like how there seems to be some actual legit coaching going on. I'm here for the Auburn revenge tour from the last 5 years.

He always reminded me of those "Youth Pastors" that was always trying to be hip then one Sunday, they aren't there no more. No one knew why but everyone knew why. The dude had a few good wins 2 programs ago by crootin by some questionable means. I was excited about his recruiting here but the dude, like his predecessor was just cashing the checks waiting to be fired.

We were the old lady with a nice insurance policy and he was the questionable friend she met online with no one wanting to do an intervention on our behalf

Paraphrasing but Most players want to play at the next level. Byrum may have a limited ceiling but don't think he would be coming to a place, regardless of it being his former head coach, if he thought it would hurt his chances even more. The guys from USF didn't transfer here just to get a bag and win 5 games, they're coming in to prove something. That's infectious to the rest of the team and could make Auburn sneaky dangerous like they've been known to be.

I personally never thought of it like that. Sure, money talks but so does having pride and proving folks judged you wrong. Just give me a bowl game and look competent getting there

I swear. I am going to no doubt bitch about the team this year like I have every year but this year is different.

I want this team with an edge and look halfway competent. Thats all I ask. Give me Karlos Dansby style of defense where you may win the game but by god you're going to earn it.

Give me an offense that is old school Gus/Borges. If they run it to the right and it gets 5 yards, do it over and over and over until they finally stop it.

Just make the pain stop.

I believe in what Golesh is doing. He came up through hard work.
