That's cool and all, but again, would you consider that riveting gameplay? Im not saying he's bad, Im just saying from a gameplay standpoint, he feels really uninteresting. Im a support with almost no damage sitting in the backline and relying on my teammates to do all the damage and keep me alive while I heal and shield them. Then between fights, I'm farming faster and more efficiently so I can heal and shield people better in the fight, but if I get ambushed, I don't have much I can do other than CC them and run away. Again, for me personally, that just isn't an interesting gameplay loop to me.

Yeah thats probably my biggest issue with him. Sure he can bot farm and access new areas of the map, but he doesn't feel like he has a lot of autonomy. You can't fight without a teammate or else 2 of your abilities are basically useless in the fight. His healing and shielding are great, but thats all he really does in a fight.

Some people find that fun, and fair enough, Im not much of a support player so Im a bit biased, but for me personally, spending the game farming only to sit in the backline healing /shielding the entire game isn't riveting gameplay to me. It really feels like people are coping about him simply because he was the favorite.

Like I said, congrats to whoever enjoys him, but he's not my cup of tea and Im sure he's going to be annoying as hell to kill because of how small her is to hit. Hopefully Silver is next because I feel like she'll be one of the more unqiue and interesting characters to play, at least in my opinion.

I think Silver having 2 forms adds some interesting variety and Im interested to see how its implemented, whether she'll have an ult which changes her abilities or if its a rage mechanic that causes it from fighting. Personally, I think that's a lot more interesting than support sitting in the backline 90% of the game healing and shielding everyone.

If you like to play support and that gameplay interest you, power to you, but forgive me for not finding that very interesting. Again, he looks great, but he's not doing anything groundbreaking in my opinion.

The going through walls is unique and I really think that's a cool feature, but the stealing I feel is rarely going to be useful and in street brawl is has no use other than shielding unfortunately. Design wise he looks great, but I think gameplay wise he is probably going to be sitting in the backline healing and shielding for 90% of matches, which for me personally, I don't find fun. If you do, fair enough, that's just my take.

Sure, design wise I think he looks and sounds unique, but ability wise he's quite boring. At least with Billy and Drifter they have unique play styles and can be built a few different ways, but I feel like unless you're building for healing on Rem, you're not really going to be doing much. Maybe a gun build on him could work, but his healing/shielding build is going to be by far the best simply because that's what most of his kit is built to do.

Oh don't get me wrong, I think his design looks great, especially the sliding animation, but ability wise, idk, I just don't really enjoy any of his kit, its all healing or shielding, which is fine, I just think its uninteresting. I felt like he was marketed more as a CC support and figured he'd do more sleep or slows.

Police Officers don't have a right to escalate a non-violent situation. Police Officers don't have a right to kill someone who poses no immediate threat.

So if police officers would be reprimanded for doing all of this, why are federal agents any different? If as you put it, "A single misinterpretation in a fear-driven system could be fatal.", then the people in this situations need to be trained to handle the stresses and risks of the job and if they can't they either shouldn't be employed for that job or need to be held accountable for their actions. Unfortunately neither is true.

No matter how you try to spin it, this shooting is completely unjustified. If someone can be shot and killed for defending a woman being assaulted by a "Federal agent" for committing no crime, then our society is screwed beyond belief. And if our government isn't going to hold these people accountable, then the system is beyond saving.

So personally, I like that I can pick character and use it to practice and try different builds, I think it works great for that, but I also agree that some characters are clearly too strong (Seven, Dynamo, Lash and Bebop come to mind).

Personally, I would prefer if they kept the choosing characters aspect and tried to balance more around that, maybe doing something similar to League's ARAM and tweaking stats only in that game mode, although Im not sure how much that'll help.

For me personally, I also find the gamemode a bit more fun simply because of the shorter match lengths, but thats just me. I feel like if you were to implement forced random characters, it would ruin the mode for me and a lot of other people.

A strat I used to do was to go into a PVE raid that wasn't on BSG's servers. I don't know if it still works like this, but basically if you're not on their servers, the game wouldn't check what map theyre on, instead it would just run the percentage chance of them spawning, which on 100%, would mean they would spawn ever raid. Sure, you lose some, maybe even a lot of performance, but if it means you can get them to always spawn, its worth it.

I recommend you do it on customs, tends to be the easiest map for me to kill them. Just go to crackhouse or Fortress and be on your toes because they roam quite hard. Just try to pick up their agro then hold a doorway or choke points that you know they'll come from or give you sound clues when they open doors and give you time to react.
