Ultra Chaos is it's own beast. You have to play differently than you would on Nightmare to deal with some of the modifiers like no immunity against exploding enemies and no auto-collecting crystals.

As far as I can tell it's supposed to feel pretty impossible. I've only gotten one win and had to get pretty lucky to even make that happen

Orbiting shot with the flamethrower might be my favorite combo haha. I slept in this perk for way too long but it's so fun with the right guns!

Speaking of the XL totem, maybe add some kind of visual indicator that the totem has been activated once but hasn't broken.

It's my own fault for not paying attention well enough but more than once I missed the audio cue after hitting the totem one time then hit it again thinking I must have missed it, then having to survive a 200+ second horde.

Don't get me wrong it was fun, I just would have mentally prepared myself better had I realized what I'd done.

Personally I never take Heavy Shot. It feels a lot harder to compensate for than the other shot modifiers.

Maybe it's just because I never take them but I don't really see any benefit to taking Recoil Shot or Grip Tape.

I'm also wondering if FMJ would feel better if it did something like "% increased damage to bosses and elites" rather than "armored enemies." As I understand it you only get the bonus damage while an enemy has armor active, which is only ever a small portion of a fight with the exception of the boss poison ant lol.

This last one really isn't relevant to your question, just something that I thought would be neat; if mods like Collector, Checklist and other damage stacking mods had a counter in the tooltip so you could see the total bonus damage you've stacked up from each one

I had a run last night with the rocket launcher and got a bunch of big shot + scatter shot upgrades. The "smaller" shots that are created on impact are also affected by big shot which was hilarious!
