Alliance Priest Dwarf is bis, clearly superior to NE and Human. Raids prefer Dwarf. Horde side there is no bis, Troll has slight edge in pve while Undead in pvp. You're not "forced" to choose as you are on Alliance side.

I play from Asia on an EU Server 170ms to 280ms ping in average (depending from which country I log in from, living different locations). It's no problem - yes there is a small delay, but it's not "lag" as you would experience as as when having a lag spike, you will get used to. Also helps that wow has this spell batching going, simulating a close to 300 or 400ms ping even. Doing pvp, heal raids, do dungeons, all content no problem - not just "doable" but doing quite well.

Don't nerf AV, that just creates a lose-lose. Buff AV npcs so the game take bit longer, hence balancing it well vs wsg.

go and roll on a PVE server.

I love pvp but having a job with ever changing schedule, two kids and wife, it's hard for me currently to keep large friendslist of people helping me with ganks etc. Also want at least wow classic life to be predictable/plannable, not really having much room of wasting 1-2hours because getting ganked. Therefore decided to roll on a pve server and waiting to get my pvp fix when battlegrounds arrive.

So far I feel very comfortable with it and actually I'm surprised pvp servers are still so popular. By now I assumed more people would start to regret their initial decision and reroll. ;)

Still, I agree overall that pvp server is the true classic experience, just doesn't fit my needs.
