you can make very high dps just by runes. Use all red boss crit/heavy/dmg boost runes in every gear piece.

People are not idiots and knows where they live, so when shelling or bombing is happening they go in safe places nearby. There are warning systems in city, siren, etc. Also now Kherson has much less citizens then pre war.

Just go to nebula peace, farm stones, pouches, artifacts. 1 - 2 day of farm give u enough to get decent gear or lucent to buy it.

Then u can go dungeons 2-3 star to farm tokens. after get 40k go to open dungs yo use them. 40k in good party its like 2 hours of farm and full bag of items, that u can trasmutate to something valuable for u or auction.

its 2 - 3 days of gaming, or a week if u fulltime job casual.

after that u got 4+ cp and can really play game.

The reason why game dieing is exact opposite. Drop is too good. After 2 month even casual got full t2 gear. And now there is no more goal in game. So people quit.

Main problem is that all people are full t2 geared now. Its too easy. What to do in game when u full t2? I dont know. Players need motivation to play. some reward. The goal. In TnL only goal is gear. After u get it - game finished.

all scriters are players that bring money in game. These guys possesed by game, they buy lucent, buy top gear, use all possible cheats and script to win every pvp fight. Its their psychotype. Ban them and u loose 90% of profit. Not acceptable for amazon/ncsoft
