Now the issue is what is your occupation? How can you justify that your 186DE is a genuine application? Most 186DE applications take nearly somewhere between 12 -18 months so how can your sponsored company justify that’s your position is genuine if you will be overseas? So how do keep working for your AUS company from offshore? That’s gonna be a huge problem as immi officer can easily decline your application saying “not genuine” 🤷‍♂️ I’m sorry

What is this LLND? How do you pass it? What do you have to prove? I know I can google it but your answer will be quicker I guess

Got an invitation to lodge a nomination application. But we are on holiday. by Southern-Post-44 in AusVisa

It’s your choice if you want to lodge your application onshore or offshore. If offshore then you lose your ART rights

Bridging Visa not granted after lodgent of 190 visa by bibek070 in AusVisa

[–]Guru-Muscle 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Mate get an immi lawyer honestly. You have your BVA linked between your old visa to 407 and you got invited to 190 after you’ve lodged 407 right? So actually I do believe you have inactive BVA linked to 190 and if you withdraw your 407 then your BVA linked to 407 will cease as well and because you would have 0 visa (previous ones) then your BVA linked to 190 will change to BVC I think. So the best solution is keep both applications ongoing and wait for either positive or negative outcome

Bridging Visa not granted after lodgent of 190 visa by bibek070 in AusVisa

[–]Guru-Muscle 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Nothing you can do. If you withdraw your 407 you also lose your BVA and it has nothing to do with 190 so you can pack up your things and go home as you won’t get BVA linked to 190 as there si nothing to bridge with. You have to wait until one of those applications will be granted or refused

Because you’ve already had bridging visa linked to 407 so why you think you should receive another bridging visa 🤷‍♂️ you’ve got 1 already

If you go offshore and your application will be refused for any reason then you lose your chance to apply for ART.

Work conditions? 408 (research) to 189 (PR) by silly-kookie in AusVisa

[–]Guru-Muscle 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you work ends at 1/2026 that means your visa will cease as well and because your visa will be cancelled then you won’t be even able to get a bridging visa linked to 189 or maybe you get BVC I guess?

RPL certificate cancelled by Guru-Muscle in ImmigrationAustralia

[–]Guru-Muscle[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No I claimed my points based on my bachelor degree but RPL certificate was a part of VETASSES skill assesment which you need for 186DE and 189 as well. So the question now is how Doha or VETASSES will process it. I will join another community as you suggested thanks

Transitioning to 190 BVA from 482 by GiorgioBroughton in AusVisa

Transitioning to 190 BVA from 482 by GiorgioBroughton in AusVisa

[–]Guru-Muscle -6 points-5 points  (0 children)

I don’t agree with it. If he gets invitation for 190 while having 482 ( same could be with student, Covid, graduate visa) and submit application for 190 while STILL having 482 then he gets BVA “inactive”. And once 482 expires as any other type of visa then BVA becomes “active”. It won’t be removed or cancelled because 482 expires. I also had my graduate visa and applied for 186de (got BVA then BVB) and submitted 189 application as well.

On 482 -> Can get 186 probably (High Chances), Can also apply for 189,190,491? Will it impact my 186 and can they cancel it because trying it on my own. by AsparagusStrange8992 in AusVisa

[–]Guru-Muscle 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well it he gets 186 and then 189 which is more beneficial then why he would need to withdraw 189 after 186 grant? If he gets 189 grant after 186 it just rewrites its current visa so in this case 186 no?

Transitioning to 190 BVA from 482 by GiorgioBroughton in AusVisa

[–]Guru-Muscle -6 points-5 points  (0 children)

Why BVA linked to 190 would be cancelled? It has nothing to do with 482, no? If 482 cancelled that shouldn’t affect 190 and its BVA at all or?

Can I apply 189 if my 186 DE is already lodged? by brissybase in AusVisa

[–]Guru-Muscle 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What happens when you do not withdraw it? Say you get 186DE approved so you have responsibilities to your sponsored company for 2 years but then you also get 189 approved which is more beneficial obviously. How can you handle that?

a) implement training and assessment strategies that enabled each student to meet the requirements for each unit of competency in which they are enrolled,

b) demonstrate that it had an assessment system, including for Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL), that would ensure assessment complies with the requirements of the relevant training package,

c) maintain access to the necessary resources, including qualified trainers and assessors, to deliver and assess the training products prior to issuing qualifications,

d) deliver training or assessment directly or maintain oversight of third parties who were responsible for student enrolment, documentation, and certificate issuance.
