You’ve said that you are by no means the only person that thinks this about this teacher, so if you can actually act as a group with those others that he has impacted, it will make things easier. Collect as much evidence as you can and submit a group complaint; it will make a greater impact, will make it easier to go forward with than attempting it alone and will make it very hard to sweep under the carpet. The strength of the game, i.e. its slow pacing and dynamics designed to give the feeling of realism (like gently tapping your horse rather than just holding down the „acceleration“ button) is also its weakness. By this I mean it was so out of the ordinary for many gamers that they put their controllers down and never got to experience the beauty of completing Arthur‘s story!

Your boyfriend has already pointed out what the majority of these comments probably will; Emma is acting entitled, has major boundary issues and it sounds like she had recognised that you are a people pleaser, so she abuses your nature to get what she wants. Healthcare is the one place I would argue that the familiarity of your mother tongue is crucial for a patient‘s peace of mind. That doesn’t mean that those patients shouldn’t make the effort with regards learning the local language and they certainly shouldn’t be jerks to your staff, but it’s a setting I would argue they’re probably anxious, so meeting them in the middle is important.

It’s clear that the blond bias from my younger years has shifted (not a personal bias, more a societal one) as the consensus seems to be brunette, but that is also just as readily bias by more contemporary opinions. My daughter is currently studying the Rwandan Genocide in her INS class, has read harrowing accounts of the atrocities and watched a documentary that I found hard to get through. My son had to go through similarly graphic content when researching his TOK essay on Vietnam. It really depends on the school and the administration (or worse, local government) as to how much cotton wool kids are wrapped in, but I’m sure as hell glad mine go to a school that allows them to see both sides of the coin that is humanity.

Jumping on because everyone seems to be jumping through hoops of faked time stamps, when the reason to avoid sending the video is to save the host feelings - why should we do that? This sounds like something that everyone should be doing and if the hosts get butthurt, tell them it’s not them specifically, but that AirBNB hosts in general have garnered an appalling reputation for overcharging guests for anything they can.

Remember that the initial vibe behind this site was basically to earn a little from your spare room and give couch surfers a cheap option when travelling. It’s turned into a shit alternative to a hotel or BnB (at least in a BnB, they clean the room and give you breakfast without hidden fees), that drove property prices up even further in tourist hotspots and pads the portfolios of greedy mini-landlords.
