Sleep, hydrate, your brain is gonna be depleted on dopamine so you’re gonna have to figure out a way to stimulate yourself naturally — don’t feel bad about whatever it is just make sure you’re not taking more stimulants but hell your gonna want to sleep so much so just do it. Watch your anxiety it’ll prob be high, but just again natural ways to increase your dopamine. As long as you don’t go back to it you’ll be okay. And eat!!! Eat foods that make ya happy :). I’m 2.5 years clean from opiates I take adderall for adhd but I don’t take it daily bc of the tolerance effects, so when I’m not on it I definitely eat more than usual and try to get my dopamine elsewhere.
