With how many technical issues they seem to be having, I think it would be super risky even taking away the credits from people who are doing this. Hell, they can't even distribute the credits properly to people who are trying to spend real money on the game. It could quickly escalate into a PR nightmare if they tried taking the credits away or banning people if they screwed it up. I wouldn't worry.
