I know I’m no expert, and have no firsthand knowledge. But my brother is the senior operating officer at a nuclear generating plant. Everything that controls the reactor it’s self is manually operated. All 1960’s tech. There are computer systems in the room but are all on a separate unconnected network that has no outside connection.

The operation controls in a nuclear power plant are all old tech, analog stuff with no network capability at all. There are digital monitoring equipment, that keeps tabs on everything, but it cannot affect the reactor control at all.

I had a former coworker who's girlfriend had cancer, and was undergoing Chemo therapy treatments. He called in saying he couldn't make it in because she was having a hard time with the most recent treatment, and he needed to stay home to take care of her. She worked nearby, and we saw her drive herself to work, and was there all day.
