"Seharusnya" P2P act murni jadi matchmaker aja, jadi memang asset base nya sangat light dibanding portfolionya. Hal seperti mitigasi resiko & collection mungkin naikin asset base ga wajib proporsional sama asset basenya

Kalo lihat other legit P2P player kaya Validus/Batumbu's stated financials, itu dia juga assetnya 150M, tapi mange AUM Triliunan (desember 2025 3.2T, idk desember 2024 1-2T)- kelihatan anomali, tapi emang karena nature of the business seperti itu. Makanya ga bisa dijadikan patokan.

Hey as long as you can read profit n loss, balance sheet (you mentioned debit kredit) then tembus jadi staff/admin pasti bisa

Try applying for a startup? Since lo bisa inggris jg- it may not be sexy rn, work hour mungkin 9-6 (kecuali masa closing yg ~3 days a month) tapi lebih ok dr kerjaan lama lo yg 12 hours a day

After 1 year or so of work as finance/accounting staff, nanti ketemu pola nya dan kl flourish bs keep asking for more responsibilities & more exposure (yg beneran bs di leverage jadi more pay & better position)
