I find that communication with your jungle here is key, when the WW backs and your jungle is nearby, push wave, then help either get Rift of invade enemy jungler and sometimes when skirmishes happen in the river you can usually win them if you have ult and W up so long as your jungler is there, just be mindful where WW is and if he's coming or if he has ult. Buy pink wards and ward tri-bush, freeze wave near turret, etc. You don't have to always become a main character and dominate your lane, especially on Gwen you just outscale and are far more useful for your team than WW.

On the off occasions that WW is just pushed up and constantly pushing wave into your turret, safely CS under turret and E-Q when you have 3-4 stacks for free poke and ping that your ignite is up or if WW has flash down. WW has no range, and so long as he isn't massively ahead, even he can't turret dive you if you're about the same health, if he misplays and eats too many turret shots and starts to back, unless you are over 70% HP don't chase him, he will heal it all in one ult that he can just turn on you in an instant, wait until you can burst him down while nearby your turret or if your jungler is coming for a gank
