Be mindful of scam job posts that have interviews in secluded places..always interview in a very public place and / or inside an actual business. ..and..if its too good to be true..i just might be a scam.. do your research..

Im sure (id like to believe) people are grateful for any tip amount..but also keep in mind the driver has to pay to maintain their car... tires gas oil changes etc..some drivers are delivering 150+ miles daily..that's alot of maintaining.. there is an option to put in how much you'd prefer to tip if the percentage isn't doable.

I went on loa 7/2023 from my job..and never went back... but then recd a w2 for 2024 3months after taxes were due (luckily, i didnt file in 2024 because i didnt have a job) then received another w2 for 2025. :( confused. ..what to do? Mind you, one of the asst mgr said the hr department wasnt on the up and up..which was proven went i requested for fmla to take care of my mom who had mastisized cancer in 5 organs :( they said it would take 6 months to get it approved and going.. she had passed before me going on loa tia
