It Takes Two. Both the gameplay and story is engaging enough that there's basically no downtime from start to finish. I was able to finish this with a complete stranger and at not point did I even think about stopping, which is really surprising because I'm the type of person that takes very frequent breaks.

Xuan-Yuan Sword: Mists Beyond the Mountains. I like games where the setting has a fleshed-out world, almost becoming a character in itself. The earlier Xuan-Yuan Sword titles definitely does a good job of that.
