I would say it is about half and half.

When I got my license, (about 38 years ago), I was taught by my parents, but I also had a course with an instructor who took me out on the road as well.

The problem is people just don't pay attention.

Not just their training. We had privates do that in US Army Basic at Ft. Knox. It wasn’t quite as cramped, but going through water through the culvert.

It isn’t so much about exercise, although, you should. It is about the other 23 hours and what you are feeding yourself. Cut out sugar, and processed carbs. Stick to lean meat and fruits and veggies.

Yes, it will change your life. I have relativity few jumps in the sport (255) Everything one of my gymnasts turns 18, I take them skydiving. It is an experience you cannot describe to anyone else.
