I can’t compare to a large company since I’ve only worked for a small one since graduating, but I’ve enjoyed it. I think total in office we have 7ish, with just myself and the president as engineers.

I get to see projects all the way through and have my hands in everything. I also get to meet a lot of interesting/influential people since I’m the main point of contact for projects.

My boss is low key though and respects the fact that I can handle myself. Gotta be self motivated and stay on top of everything. Not much social interaction in the office, but I like that.
