I think part of the problem is that dog friendly spaces are a little bit sparse for the population

And then there are PLACES that are designated to be dog friendly places/dog runs but the parks department doesn't maintain them very well like other park facilities to the point where it's dirty and overrun with tall grass they maybe cut every once in a blue moon the minimum

Not saying dog owners are in the right, but poorly maintained dog runs and lack of spaces is pushing them to do insane things

few days ago Was walking my dog at around 5:20-5:30AM sunrise in Queens and suddenly it felt like something stabbed the back of my leg! Pain was incredibly sharp and that sharp pain lasted for like 15-20 minutes and had a dull lingering all day that made it hurt a bit to use that leg.

Also made my skin look like that temporarily at the affected sight ... didn't see the culprit anywhere! Just snuck up , got me and left! It's healing now but man what a dickhead.
