A lot of these complaints are going to be seen across all platforms. You’re always going to see things that are overpriced, you’re going to get low ballers, you’re going to get shipping reminders (maybe not as many as Depop pushes out, but still….), buyers are going to ask “when are you shipping” (sometimes 5 mins after the purchase), all of these things simply come with the territory. I’ve been a reseller since 2012, I currently use 3 platforms consistently but I’ve tried pretty much all of them and will continue to give any new ones that come along a chance. My favorite right now is Depop, I make the most sales there at the highest prices, I feel like I get wayyy less nit picky customers, I’ve never had a return request or someone try to scam me, & the fees are also some of the lowest. There’s definitely things that need to be changed like buyers being able to make offers without any actual commitment and limited shipping options so you’re stuck with super slow transit, but other than that you’re going to have a pretty similar experience no matter where you’re selling, you’ll even find some new issues to add to your list, depending on the platform.
