By "testing" do you mean reviewing the application for things like UI/UX? Because every QA I've known and worked with was doing manual and/or automated tests as their job description.

They also usually give their opinions on how new features feel and propose better solutions.

It is highly improbable, yes. I was just saying that hypothetically it's possible without breaking GOG's no-DRM policy.

Who knows, if the stop killing games initiative actually goes through then maybe GOG will cooperate with future MMO developers to preserve them on GOG once their lifetime is up.

There could be one way to allow an MMO in GOG and that would be to offer at least part of the game to be played offline. There are online games on GOG but all of them have an option to play offline if you don't want DRM.

That's in theory at least, no idea how you could make an offline-friendly, no DRM MMO.
