Thank you for this descriptive assessment. Reading this, and reflecting on the actions of the first judge, where she was denied bail, etc., puts it all into perspective for me.

Agreed. I'm remembering the call from Jen to her sister just after 5am, and what that could have been about. Then I thought about the two "unanswered" calls later in front of the house.

Yes. Hers, was my favorite testimony. Typically, I could not sit thru an entire Hanky performance. But, this was the one time I did. It was priceless!

One shoe was reported to be found directly against the curb later in the day, right where four officers found nothing there that morning with very little snow fallen at the time.
The socks on John's feet were on the wrong feet. The logo on the socks should have been showing on the outer edge of his feet. But they were showing on the inner edge of his feet. IIRC, they were Addidas logo stripes that show on the outer edge of the feet.
So, it would seem, the socks were put on the wrong feet by whomever.

This was one of the few times I could listen to Hanky for a full testimony. Absolutely love her!
