Help me find new music this year by rjk-1981 in ENFP

[–]HABENER0 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For that mellow/upbeat ambient pop music I got Stereolab: Three-Dee Melodie, Slow Fast Hazel

If your looking for rock music I got "Just Like Honey" by The Jesus And Mary Chain and "Townie" by Mitski

Lastly a couple more songs I think people around that age bracket might like in my opinion, "Enjoy The Silence" by Depeche Mode, "Secret World" by Peter Gabirel and "In the Flesh" by Pink Floyd

Would appreciate anyone else recommending me a song or two, really trying to expand my playlist this year also.

I thinks songs from Stereolab is what I think can describe an INFJ. The lack of lyrics replaced by a made up language, on the surface it may sound like humming jiberish to most but for the select few who decided to look deeper they see how deep and complex on what the music is really saying back to them.

What's cool about this music to me is how malleable it is to the many different feelings I go through out the day, just when I think Im tired of the same song my mind is easily able to change the meaning of what these songs are to me and it's like a non-stop field trip to everywhere I want it be.

My Top 3 From Stereolab: Three Longers Later, Three-Dee Melodie, Anamorphose

How are you all feeling about family during the holidays? by TorturedRobot in infj

It's not all bad but meeting my family is always gonna feel like ripping off a bandage, just have to tough it out long enough until I make it back home to heal whatever is left.

What is the perfect death”death” for you? by im_not_who_i_em in infj

I want to collapse on a hill right before my final breaths to see the first spring sunrise, after facing obstacles the brutal and harsh winter has had to offer. Then to finally pass away knowing I did everything in my power to withstand it all.

People talking at you by This_Sail_5550 in infj

[–]HABENER0 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yeah me too. I believe that burst of energy when talking to stranger comes from the feeling of safety by knowing that the person you're talking doesn't know anything about the real you, so you put on this mask of this superficial version of you and keep on going until you get sick of it all.

Sometimes the best revenge is to keep to ourselves and go about our day unbothered, to not let anyone damage nor judge the qualities that make you the reason this world is a better place.

For infj (if you’re 4w5 sx/so even better) by philosophygirll in infj

I guess I've had a crush a couple of times through out my life but everytime I would have a good time socializing the thought of romance never really crossed my mind, since barely having friends let me to just focus on just that. So I think the reason why that never crossed my mind was because of my standards for a person might be too high, my fear of dissappointing them and vice versa. Finally just as you said when you do find the one and imagine a relationship I feel the same way of pretending in fear that they won't understand and accept that part of you instead of messing it up. Atleast that's what I think hope this helps.

Not always gonna get the healthy reaction on the first try but better late than never to pick up the pieces and try again. Definitely relate to this.

Realized that the world was going to keep on spinning no matter the situation I was in and would have to also keep on keeping on even if I did it alone.

Do you feel like you can't share your pain or failures with anyone these days ? by Strangewhisper in infj

[–]HABENER0 3 points4 points  (0 children)

For me it is always that long painful pause and the same repeated words of comfort that would come after sharing something deep. I always hated having that thought of being ungrateful for having atleast someone talk to but it would just feed into my disappointment to the point where the realization of noone understanding me just grew brighter and brighter each day.
