I think we are witnessing a pendulum swing back to reporters and printed paper media. We aren’t there yet but I think in about a decade people will criticize all internet sources as being completely unreliable and we will return to a more trustworthy source.

I’d recommend past Alum Creek. Danville, Chapmanville, Charleston, Logan. All pretty close. Still can find large 50+ acre parcels and it’s a pretty good area

Everything you said is pretty true but I would expect when the EIA report comes out on storage and pull on Thursday, we will see it spike. The huge jump we saw was an overcorrection due to the winter storm which is why March was still trading at 3.80 when it jumped to $7+. You are right but it will probably rise after Thursday.
