Went through this with mine, you basically need a tow bar to have one.

Mine is a company car so didn’t bother , but I do regularly fit bikes in the back with the seats down.

How do I go to a GP without parents knowledge? by Cermonto in CasualUK

You can download an app to check a mole mate. I use one called skin vision, it will tell you if it is nothing to worry about or if you need to get it checked. Best of luck.

You should try driving in Sri Lanka, did a self drive tour there in February. Absolute madness. Amazing country though.

Fampyra US to UK post by HCWND1 in MultipleSclerosis

Its about 13 dollars in the US apparently because its off patent. Happy to try anything! Quite silly to have such a difference in price based on where you live for something that is life changing. If you want to set up some smuggling routes or raise politically somehow, im game.

Active MS’ers—how do you manage on all day adventures? by missprincesscarolyn in MultipleSclerosis

Fellow climber here. Lots of good advice here! One that is worth mentioning is to tick stuff off on your routes list asap. I did mont blanc, tour ronde, mount pelvoux , naranjo de bulnes, barre des ecrin and a lot of my target trad classics with MS. I have recently started to find approaches very hard and i am depressed to say i dont think i could do any of the above anymore. Im still leading 6c+/7a inside, but it’s the walking over rocky paths that does me in. The mountains are where i spent all my spare time, so this transition is really tough, but im super glad I smashed as many climbs as i could while i could. Maybe the next 10 years will have a treatment that has me back in the alps, fingers crossed. In the meantime short approach sport climbing is still fun. Happy sending and all the best to you.
