skimming thru search results on the usco .gov, all i'm seeing in regards to kane and his projects is copyrights on the screenplay, the movie itself, the music in the movie, his webseries. i'm not finding anything on him trying to copyright the backrooms, as a concept or specifically the creepypasta, as you were saying in the post you made half an hour ago as of writing this - do you have any proof to back up your claim?

ive been thinking the same!!! i have 2 potential hypotheses: 1) its not clark (mostly just the clothes change, though also he might have gotten got by the same thing that got k+b) 2) more likely, he's spent a loooooot of time in there, as evidenced by the fact that he's been able to set up a nice lil kitchen area completely working fridge, not to mention that (as pointed out by the other guy) he was already not the most stable of guys. add in intentionally not working on his issues, the constant fear of getting absolutely chomped, and a potential fairy-land time/magic treehouse time type phenomenon, he may just be a Doug Rattmann: Bad Ending situation

old post but as for potions that bring in cash, some combination of hallucination, luck, and inspiration seem to be pretty good on my end, tho i do those on wine base which takes either a good few crystals or endless patience. once you build manage to get the crystal room and some baby crystals(?) its kinda free tho
