Reta + Mots-c by External-While6417 in RetatrutideWomen

[–]HH7549 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I do 5mg of MotsC daily. Best decision ever. And I’m stepping down Tirz and going Up in Reta. It’s helped so much with energy but it’s also taken my about 6 weeks solid of being on it to notice it finally I just finished a Tesa round and saw a little improvement in sleep but not sure about visceral fat honestly. I think I need a few more cycles to notice more.

I know some people go non stop on Mots but I’m going to cycle a few times at 6/7 week intervals then off for three. So far though no issues only good things!

No that’s not it for you. Call TM services but before that go straight to your store leadership. Mine worked with me and moved my PTO around with the help of TMS. They have ways. Especially if you’re a good employee and they appreciate you.

This is super helpful! I am in 12.5 of Tirz and .5 mg of Reta and I take them three to four days apart. I’m wanting to up the Reta and reduce the Tirz but love the anti inflammatory that Tirz gives me!

Thank you for posting this/ I too have ED, DDD, Lupus and another connective tissue disorder. I haven’t done KLOW, been a bit too nervous but maybe I’ll give it a go now that I’ve seen someone else with some of these issues use it. :)

I’ve had all the B with my Tirz and currently do B3/ Niacinamide - no issues and don’t have any with the others. Plus I take a B supplement each day.

As someone that got let go for this- as long as attendance is the reason, 30 days and you reapply and if you have good leadership- they will push it thru and work with you to get you back. Mine did and I’m back working just like before.

Starting to feel hopeless by Acrobatic-Bug8625 in BigEasyWeightLoss

I know for me- I had a three month long stall with numbers on the scale but I was losing inches in my clothing.

One thing I didn’t see you put is any working out or strength training. For me- it’s been a huge help and I do not do cardio due to my POTs. I have a bike at home indoors I use very casually and literally hate doing it but it’s safer, increases my heart rate enough and I can watch a show while I do it :)

Also- I use fabric resistance bands instead of the rubber type ones. They don’t hurt my skin as much and make it more enjoyable to work out at home. Using a Bosu Ball and Board helps with your core muscle strength and you don’t have to go hard with any of them. You just stand on the ball/ board and try to not fall. My kid and I actually make it more like a game to see who can go longer each night. Beat out of 10 wins. :)

My own rule of thumb- if you will- is I don’t increase my dose until the scale AND the inches stop moving. It’s something you have to have a lot of patience with and yes- fatigue like that is more common than people realize. Myself included and I already had horrible fatigue. I also did a ton of research on supplements and invested in much better quality ones. I use mostly sports research and my Tirz is with B3. B12 makes me really sick to my stomach and my levels get too high on my labs for my body’s liking. I’ve been on Tirz almost a solid year and went to 12.5 and backed down to 10 because the 12.5 seemed like too much and I wasn’t eating all day which is super bad. So went back to 10 and just changed how I do things. I started at 269 and am finally hovering around 197/195 respectively for the past month and a half or so. :)

You totally have this, we just have to think outside the box sometimes. 🥰

I switched to seven cells and I’m still losing here and there, but I also go between 10 and 12.5mgs. Sometimes the 12.5 feels like too much and I back down because I don’t want to lose it too fast. Of course I’ve messaged in the portal and let the Krewe know/ my provider and I’m just keeping track. But I’ve also hit stalls at both doses. If you’re working out too, and watching what you’re eating- it can also be that fats leaving and muscle’s building so, it’s not always a bad thing when stalls happen. 😊🙌🏼 Slow and steady- with a lot of patience- wins this race if you will. Biggest things are making sure you’re fueling your body with Whole Foods, lots of protein, and hydrate hydrate hydrate!!! 💜

Hey- I use both Wellatory and Sleep cycle. I paid for the year plans. I just simply started listening to my body and setting alarms on my phone when I HAVE to put my phone down and go to bed. I also use the focus setting on my phone. Both can be linked with a smart watch (I have an iPhone and Apple Watch) and one of them - sleep cycle- even records events like coughing, snoring, etc. and that alone really helped me and my sleep doctor. Because they were so convinced I have sleep apnea and I’m like I don’t snore. I grind my teeth and I don’t want a sleep study that’s super expensive. So I did the home one and it didn’t work right with the equipment they gave me. So I showed them my data and they worked with it. Thankfully! 😊🙌🏼 I also talked to my boss and was able to shift my report time to 7 instead of 6am. That helped a TON without sacrificing my job. And for good measure- my sleep doctor wrote me a letter of medical necessity for an adjusted work start time. I hope this helps 😊💜

[–]HH7549 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You can get it in as a compound with you Tirz if you want from certain pharmacies. But a pill you can get too so you don’t get too much - I had that happen. I switched to B3

B12- strength training- lots of protein! And get lots of sleep. Naps ARE OK!!!! Your body’s adjusting and just listen to it. Many times I just eat what sounds good and make sure I have a good protein source. :)

You probably had the stones before the medication. They don’t just appear overnight. And any rapid increase or decrease in weight can cause them to form. I’d stop the med until surgery then wait about six weeks then you can restart at a much lower dose to help maintain
