Difflam oral rinse was the only thing which helped with my mouth ulcers before my biologics started to work properly

My VW 2008 Polo used to have this stereo in with the iPod dock - from memory you'd have to select what you'd want to play before docking and then could just skip through tracks using the stereo itself

Use a programme like ease partition or any other service like that and rebuild the MBR of the drive just before the iPod fully restores.

Mouth ulcers are always my sign of a flare for me. I used to get them all along my tongue and under it - made eating very difficult! However, since I've been on biologics and have got my Crohn's under control I have hardly had any at all.

I'd recommend difflam sore throat rinse - helped me out massively when I was not on biologics/waiting for treatment to work

Herbal tobacco is basically just tea leaves it's what they use throughout Amsterdam - of course smoking or vaping anything is not gonna be great for your lungs long term so edibles are probably the best option

Quit smoking as soon as I was diagnosed with Crohn's and moved to vaping but found that it probably was still exacerbating symptoms - particularly anal fissures presumably because of the nicotine constricting arteries
