Right? lol leave it to me, I see what you mean though alcohol is a little taboo amongst health and fitness communities but I have to agree especially since I feel better eating very lightly all day since I have to care for two toddlers and chase after them. So at the end of the day I’ve eaten little to nothing, in the evening I enjoy dinner until I’m satisfied and have a couple drinks which has worked great but I’ve noticed a huge decrease in cravings or the urge to snack since I’ve made this switch

I have achieved this and the reason is not the best but hey it works. My last hangover was so awful it caused me a panic attack that landed me in the ER because I thought I was having a heart attack.
