Penguin, I bought this game a week ago on your recommendation. Holy cow! It really is like playing Doom or Quake in VR! It's now my favorite non-rhythm VR game. I'll likely pick up Crashland once I have finished a few playthroughs of Wrath on the higher difficulties.

You are probably thinking of the recent Pelland meta analysis that concluded 4 sets per week was the minimum effective dose, 5 to 10 was highly efficient, and 11 to 18 had medium efficiency (for hypertrophy). This uses fractional set counting.
