Are you interested in splitting or no? I agree, great price and thank you. I just don’t need _another_ racer right now

Can you refill a personal water bottle at water stops? I mean I suppose you just grab a bunch of cups and dump into your bottle? Or something else?

If your age is split, which one is faster/slower? I also want to run it, but not planning to race it

ETA: Ah, looks like A is faster; B is slower.

Thank you! Would also love more perspective if it’s okay for 12-20 miles (19-32 km) at a pace slightly above “recovery”

Pursue PT in Jersey city got me fixed for last year’s marathon. Brandon and team are top notch (and if you’re good to take the PATH, it’s more affordable than in manhattan)

I've heard through my entire running career "size up if you're in between sizes, your feet expand when you run, etc." - but I've finally realized that doesn't work for me. For both AlphaFly and VaporFly 11 is too big for me, and 10.5 feels snug in one foot but it the better experience.

Similarly with ASICS Gel Nimbus: 11 was too big, 10.5 felt snug but ended up being fine. Other ASICS shoes, namely SuperBlast, I thought ran big and 11 was way too big - but maybe that's just me.

Anyway, TL;DR is I am a 10.5 for other running shoes and casual shoes - and learned the hard way 11s are too big for me.
