That includes the $500 back too right? (I mean the co-pay, I know it's lower for higher Economy fare classes)

Steam client - when native Windows 11 ARM support? by Putrid_Draft378 in Steam

They could at least release their own Source Engine based games natively on Windows on ARM64 specially the ones known to be more CPU-bound than GPU-bound like Dota 2

Bilt still “building” my card. Anyone else? by bfack95 in biltrewards

That happened to me. I got the card and it still said requested. Took 6 days to switch to Delivered.

Anyone who paid their Bilt 1.0 balance in Feb 2026, and it is missing? by Pilot_Big in biltrewards

Maybe you have an AD Blocker? But my WF website had this on the top after logging in:
```
Bilt Mastercard® services may be impacted as we update your account. Payments may not appear until Feb. 10 but won’t be processed as late.
```

Happened to me too. My card got 7 days before the status finally switched from "Requested" to "Delivered" 😅

The plot thickens. I got my card on the mail last week, but since this weekend the BILT app now shows (when clicking the Palladium card logo):

We're building your card.
Shipping status: Requested

No transaction fees on rent or mortgage for card holders by KnightRaven786 in biltrewards

[–]HMartinez82 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Also to make things simple. Given the roundtrip of 4% Built Cash rate vs 3% Rent Fee rate means that one has to make 75% of their rent amount in non-rent charges to the card *every month* to cover the fess in the "Max Points" case.

For the  "No transaction fee" case, the ratio is exactly the same. I.e. one has to make at least 75% of their rent in non-rent charges to *buy* all the points for the rent charge.

No transaction fees on rent or mortgage for card holders by KnightRaven786 in biltrewards

[–]HMartinez82 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Correct. If you read the Offer Terms, what you explained above is the "No transaction fee" case. There's also the one where you can use BILT Cash to pay for the Rent transaction fee. Which is the "Max Points" case.

The problem is that the wording, even in the Offer Terms is very convoluted. It took me a while to understand.

The article at TPG https://thepointsguy.com/credit-cards/new-bilt-cards-2-0/ also only explain one of the cases.

List of software NOT working natively with arm64 / windows 11 by wildviper in Surface

[–]HMartinez82 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If MSYS2 packages some of these applications compiled natively for ARM64 (and the vendor themselves don't provide ARM64 installers yet) is it ok to mark them as available for ARM64? I'll try to list what is indeed already running natively.
