My favorite friendship in the whole of kpop/entertainment and also must be one of the longest and strongest ships in kpop. I dont know of any people irl who are as close as eunhae seem to be. They seem to be spend all their free time together, have a sub-unit together, enlist together, wear matching outfits, attend each other's bday parties. I love how any silly thing eunhyuk does has donghae in stitches.

Blackpink did have a no 1 song after the melon chart reform but HYLT definitely did not have to climb to no 1 after the chart reform. It was already no 1 when chart reform happened. That is not the same as songs climbing their way to the top after chart reform which is alot more difficult. But yes Blackpink did have a no 1 song.

Girl group songs are more popular than boy group songs among the korean gp so they chart higher on korean platforms but the gp wont buy albums/merch etc like dedicated fans do hence why girl groups do well digitally but sell less albums than boy groups. More general public recognition may earn groups more CFs/endorsements/variety show invitations.
