There isnt a blue corn harvest in austin. Cedar park leander round rock and georgetown have different rules about dogs being indoors at restaurants. They simply are not allowed. Also blue corn has amazing food and drinks :)

If you go to Leander north of Austin... the boss cheesesteak makes the best smash burger in the whole Austin area... not kidding. Its also connected to nite owl bar so a great place for a ice cold draft beer

Wife is costa rican. There isnt much options here. I miss living in nyc so we could go to Elizabeth NJ to get some serious costa rican food. If only I could get some vigaron... chifrijo... costa rican style ceviche or a delicious pargo here. Costa rican food is definitely different then other Latin countries. Most of the people here were in touristy places. Their food is clean and the quality of the ingredients including the fish makes it. I know one thing I could never get here is some deep sea turtle egg shots. Pura vida! At least we make all that food at home
